A 37-year-old woman was charged Sunday in connection with a recent fire at a vacant house in Harvey, officials said.
Chadra Gray, 37, is charged with one count of residential arson for a fire Friday in the 14600 block of South Halsted, Harvey fire department spokesperson Sean Howard said.
The fire caused smoke damage to a neighboring vacant home, officials said.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury while battling the blaze, Howard said. He was treated and released from Ingalls hospital on Friday.
