Tomorrow’s Serie A Matchday 3 matchup between Sampdoria and Roma has been postponed by the Genoa goverment due to impending strong stroms foreseen in the upcoming hours.
The Civil Defense, part of the northern city’s government, confirmed the postponement of the match on its official Twitter account, informing about a code orange alert, which is only a level below code red.
Therefore, the duel scheduled for tomorrow at 20:45 local time at Luigi Ferraris stadium must be rescheduled for a date to be decided due to Roma’s intense calendar in the month of September.
The Romans play seven matches in the coming 23 days, thus making it impossible to make up the Sampdoria match before October.
