Brighton & Hove Albion forward Tomer Hemed will serve a three-match suspension on violent conduct charges by the Football Association.
Hemed appeared to have stomped on Newcastle United defender DeAndre Yedlin during their Premier League match last Sunday.
“Hemed appealed the charge, but an FA panel rejected the appeal, meaning Hemed will sit out games against Arsenal, Everton and West Ham United,” said the club in a statment published on its website.
