As John Buncich tries to get a shorter jail term, I would like to remind everyone: If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.

It seems rather odd that all of his adult life, Trump has been a bully and accused many, many people of horrible things that he knew they didn’t do. Now that he is in the hot seat and is getting a little payback, he wants to change the laws because he wants some protection from the abuse that he so gleefully dishes out.

The Republicans are resigning in droves because they know they are on a sinking ship. They know most voters didn’t want their agenda. I think they made the sacrifice so Trump could load up the judicial system with their conservative judges for lifetime appointments.

The GOP were furious that Senator Feinstein released the testimony of Glenn Simpson from Fusion GPS. They claimed that it undermined the integrity of the committee’s oversight’s work. What a joke, this committee has done everything possible to obstruct this investigation. There is nothing honest or decent in that entire committee.

What makes America great is that our president doesn’t get to decide if he or anyone else has committed a crime. Robert Mueller and our judicial system decide that. Congress can also make a determination of whether the president violated any laws.

So, Mr. Trump thinks it is unlikely that he will afford Mr. Mueller the pleasure of his company for an interview. Mr. Mueller may have a subpoena that puts a different spin on the matter.

These recent tax cuts are accelerating in good things for the economy. Everyday you read about pay raises, pay bonuses, stock price increases, pension increases, 401K and IRA increases, utility rate decreases, property tax cuts-the list goes on. Everyday something new and good happens that I was not expecting from these tax cuts. The whiny Democrats have crawled into a hole because I hear nothing from them recently. That is good news-they never have anything constructive to add.

I’m just waiting for the Democratic Senators to show up for work one day and find the all of the GOP missing and the Senate building stripped to the studs.

From Trump’s “Art of the Deal” book, “Tell a lie three times, and they believe you.” That’s why he keeps insisting “There is no collusion.” His followers can be brainwashed very easily.

Let’s hope that when all of the local libraries receive their copies of the book “Fire and Fury”, they put it in the correct section of the library…under “Fantasy and Fiction”.

Trump wants the GOP to take over the Russia investigation. They already have total control. Republicans control both chambers of Congress. Rosenstein and Mueller are both Republicans. How much more control does he want?

Federal judges in North Carolina ruled that congressional districts were illegally gerrymandered to give the GOP an advantage. House redistributing chief Rep. David Lewis justified the criteria by saying “I think electing Republicans is better than electing Democrats. So I drew this map to help foster what I think is better for the country.”

The GOP were using the Fusion information to justify a smokescreen to take the heat off of Trump. It would only help them if they could keep it a secret. Too bad for them, Feinstein blew them up by releasing the truth.
