The event opens at 9 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 20, in Grant Park at the intersection of Columbus Drive and Congress Parkway. The rally begins at 11 a.m. with the march starting at 12:30 p.m., wrapping up at Federal Plaza on Dearborn Street.
