Beware the jerk
I used to be a Democrat. Right now I’m an independent. And, pretty soon I might not vote at all in an upcoming election. The only viable candidate that the Democrats have going for them is Joe Biden. It’s nonsense. The radical left wing of the party may be what the party is now, but that means they’ll lose millions of voters like me — people who actually vote, they’ve never not voted and we will simply stay home The young people are idiots. They don’t know what the damn history is. They’re blaming Biden for being Biden. Don’t do it. You’ll lose and we’ll wind up with the jerk that we have for president — again.
Law breakers
It’s true, Ilinois has seen its last good day about 10 years ago. The reason it’s so screwed up is these elected officials do nothing but break the law. When you’re an elected official, you’re sworn to uphold the Constitution and the law. The whole thing is politicians are breaking the law. Why should anybody else follow it? That’s part of the whole thing — the politicians don’t even obey the law. I wish there was a way that the people could hold their feet to the fire. Because you answer for yourself — you promised and swore when you were elected you would take care of the law.
Doing the math
I’m sitting here wondering just how much damage Donald Trump can do to our country and to our relationships with the rest of the world in the time he has left in office.
Send them back
People are so worried about the detention centers for the immigrants — especially the children. These children had been forced to come over by their parents and their town leaders by themselves, and then you want the U.S. to pick up the ball on that. If you don’t want them in detention centers, I think they should all just automatically be sent back home — back to their families in the countries that they come from.
Keep cats inside
Just a friendly reminder, please keep your kitties inside. If you cannot keep them on a leash and walk them, they belong inside your home, not roaming the neighborhoods. It’s baby animal season and cats left roaming continue to kill our songbirds. Please, we have leash laws in Lake County. Your kitty belongs inside the house with you, not roaming the streets outside.
He’s got to go
Where was all the safety concerns before this yo-yo canceled it? He’s caused problems — it’s time for the people to say he’s got to go.
