A 41-year-old man was killed after a being struck by a bullet that came through a window while he was sitting at a kitchen table early Tuesday on the Far South Side, according to Chicago police.

About 1:45 a.m., shots were fired in the first block of East 121st Place in the West Pullman neighborhood. At least one shot came through the home’s window and hit the man in the chest, police said. The man died at the scene.

No arrests were made and the shooting is under investigation, police said.
