I am sorry, but until all elderly people are vaccinated you and I are not that essential.

Politicians think all they have to do is say “I didn’t mean it” or “I’m not that person anymore”. People have to prove they are different by their actions, not with an empty “Sorry”.

Donald Trump has resigned from the Screen Actors Guild, which was about to put his membership status on an “in-house” trial, charging him with violation of SAG behavioral rules by inciting the January 6th attack on the U. S. Capitol. Trump resigned before being tried because he knew the Guild would have found him guilty. The Screen Actors Guild obviously enlists among its members people who are far more principled and patriotic than you’ll find among Republicans in the U.S. Senate.

I sure wish we could get the impeachment trial over with. After that, can we never hear the name Trump ever, ever again? May the Lord above have mercy on all of the sane people that can’t wait for this craziness to be done.

When the people elect a person who says “the government cannot do anything right”, you should not be surprised when those elected cannot do anything right.  You  cannot say you were not  warned of their intent.

Republicans have now started blaming the media again, this time for giving attention to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. They say that if the media ignored her, she would settle down. Instead of Republicans doing their job, by telling her that her crazy and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

I hope these crooks they are catching in these car jackings are getting put away for 30 years. Otherwise they are just going to keep robbing and stealing for the rest of their lives.

I just received three Christmas cards that were mailed on December 16th, 2020 today. Over a month ago, they were mailed from New Jersey to South Carolina and Georgia. Now you’re going to try to tell me that all of the mail-in votes were received and counted on time. I stand here to tell you that is a lie. That’s how the Democrats rigged this election. You cannot dispute these facts.

There should be serious consequences for defaming a business with no evidence or creditable proof. Penalties should be swift and heavy! Family livelihoods should not be destroyed by misdirected animus! Let’s hope Dominion (voting systems) wins its defamation suit. It will send a clear message that truth still matters!

When my daughter was in third grade she said she wanted to be an environmental engineer. She never wavered on her goal. She has now graduated from Purdue, and has an incredible job. Her dad invested money in her name in an oil company. Lost 25%. Our son lost 50% of his investment. Oil is the future he said. I think not. Solar and wind farms babe. Wind turbines are awesome!

From the daily comments in Quickly, it is quite obvious that Democrats are nothing but uneducated Republicans.

Newly-elected congresswoman Lauren Boebert, R-Colorado, paid herself for “mileage” from her campaign funds for the period  between January and November of 2020 more than her predecessor, Scott Tipton, had paid himself for mileage during the previous 10 years in office. She will obviously do well in the Republican Party.

The following will help to explain why there is a need for more of our congressmen/women to speak up: There is an old saying, “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.” There are 100 senators and 435 representatives in congress. Yet, the tone whether good, bad or in-between is set by less than 8 leaders or ‘wannabe presidents!’ They are Schumer, Pelosi, Hoyer, McConnell, McCarthy, Cruz and Rubio, (Hawley self-destructed). We need more of our mainstream, moderate and more disciplined legislators to speak up, State and Federal. The legislators listed above are the “squeaky wheels”. They get heard. Do they reflect the true feelings of 535 legislators? Get squeaky!
