Lucy is a happy go lucky gal, that just loves people. She came in from Arkansas, heart-worm positive with 2 puppies in tow. She's undergoing treatment and is hoping to land a home to rest in while she finishes that up. She's sweet as can be, knows basic commands and just seems to enjoy everyone she meets. She lived with both cats and dogs in her former foster home.
