Help Them To Hope donations will improve lives
Thank you for your generous support of Help Them To Hope. Catholic Charities is honored to be among this year’s funding recipients. Your support will improve the lives of those who are most in need by providing food, housing, counseling, education and more to Lake County residents.
Catholic Charities assists individuals and families in Lake County who are experiencing hunger, homelessness or other crises by helping to stabilize their situation and build a stronger foundation for the future. Catholic Charities offers emergency food and housing assistance; an HIV/AIDS program that includes case management, clinical counseling and specialized nutritional services; and Family Self-Sufficiency and Housing Case Management programs, which provide food and emergency funds to prevent homelessness.
Help Them To Hope’s six-plus decades of assisting people in need throughout Lake County is an impressive legacy. We are proud to partner with mission-driven organizations like yours to address community needs and promote solutions for lasting, positive change.
