Conservative and whiny: Not only is Darren Bailey too conservative for Illinois, but his whiny, incoherent rants make him much too annoying as well.
Bailey’s point misrepresented: The women on TV who speak against Bailey and his stance on abortion need a lesson in history. While the Holocaust is undeniably the most horrific event in modern history condemning 6 million Jews to death, more than 60 million lives have been lost to abortion. I believe that was his point and, of course, Gov. Pritzker and his billions is paying for yet another outrageous misleading campaign ad.
True savings: A headline read that dollar stores are providing relief. How true it is. I start shopping at a Dollar Tree store. If I spend $40, my basket is full with items I need that cost sometimes up to $5 at other stores. Every time I shop at the dollar store, I feel a sense of pride because I have saved so much money in these hard times.
Tired of Draft Kings ads: I am so sick of the TV commercial by Draft Kings betting. It’s so ridiculous to show it every few minutes. It is horribly annoying seeing it several times a day. It’s very unimaginable to conceive that it does any good to show it over and over and over again and again.
How dare they: The newspaper headline grabbed my attention: Republicans eye two seats on state Supreme Court. The boldness of the idea stunned me! Don’t these candidates realize what is decreed in Illinois politics: only Democrats may hold any office or court position. It’s been pointed out in ads funded by our billionaire governor that Republicans are too unqualified, uneducated, mean-spirited and unlikeable to hold any public office in Illinois.
Crazy to blame Fauci: It is so typical that Trump supporters would blame Dr. Fauci of all people for the COVID-19 pandemic. This man has worked for seven different presidents both Republican and Democrat and has more brilliance than you or I put together, and yet he’s fair game for the idiots in the MAGA group.
Scam afoot: Did anyone else get a call from someone claiming to be with Publishers Clearing House stating they won $10 million and a car and other stuff. Well, before you get your prize they want a $500 credit card. So watch out, these guys are a bunch of phonies.
