DUI

Alexsander Zingerman, 56, of the 500 block of Harris Drive, was charged November 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving 15-20 mph above the limit, following an incident on Weiland Road near Newtown Road. Zingerman is scheduled to appear in court December 7 in Waukegan.
