Subhash Garg, 41, of the 500 block of Sauk Path, Oak Brook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:35 p.m. April 18 at Adams Road and Deerpath Lane.
Theft
Jennifer Thomas, 59, of the 400 block of North Euclid Avenue, Oak Park, was charged with retail theft at 1:12 p.m. April 16 after taking merchandise priced at $531.75 from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center.
Jose Mastrangelo-Urbano, 23, and Manuel Cotiz-Castro, 27, both of the same address on the 880 block of South Burley Avenue, Chicago, were charged with retail theft at 7:05 p.m. April 18 after taking unspecified merchandise from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center.
