DUI
Ron Miske, 64, of the 22000 block of North Lakewood Lane, was charged April 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, illegal squealing or screeching of tires and improper lane usage following an incident at North Old Rand Road and Pine Tree Row. Miske is scheduled to appear in court May 23 in Waukegan.
Leo Scheck, 34, of the 32000 block of Savannah Drive, Lakemoor, was charged April 28 with driving under the influence of drugs and improper lane usage following an incident at Route 12 at Miller Road. Scheck is scheduled to appear in court May 23 in Waukegan.
Collin Fox, 24, of the first block of Lake Zurich Drive, was charged April 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage following an incident at Church and East Main streets. Fox is scheduled to appear in court May 23 in Waukegan.
Outstanding warrant
DeMareea Burnett-Davis, 24, of the 1300 block of Hainesville Road, Round Lake Beach, was arrested April 27 on an outstanding warrant following an incident near Quentin Road and Roman Lane.
Disorderly conduct
Zachary Christenholz, 25, of the 2300 block of Irene Drive, Palatine, was charged April 28 with disorderly conduct, following an incident in the 700 block of South Rand Road. Christenholz is scheduled to appear in court May 22 in Waukegan.
Moving violation
Arturo Lopez-Garcia, 59, of the 1600 block of Poplar Avenue, Round Lake Beach, was charged April 27 with driving on a revoked driver’s license and expired registration, following an incident near Route 12 and North Old Rand Road. Lopez-Garcia is scheduled to appear in court June 2 in Mundelein.
Simone Fiasche, 39, of Glen Ellyn, was charged April 27 with driving on a suspended driver’s license, no valid registration, failure to wear seatbelt and was cited for not having valid safety stickers for a truck and trailer, following an incident in the 200 block of South Rand Road. Fiasche is scheduled to appear in court June 2 in Mundelein.
Robbery
There was a report of robbery April 24 in the 700 block of West Route 22. Personal items were stolen.
THEFT
There was a report of theft April 26 near the 800 block of South Rand Road. Personal items were reported stolen.
There was a report of theft April 26 in the 900 block of Winnetka Terrace. The theft reportedly took place sometime between April 1 and April 26.
There was a report of retail theft April 28 following an incident in the 400 block of Ela Road.
Fraud
There was a report of fraud April 28 in the 400 block of South Rand Road.
