Fleeing and eluding
Aniyah Bell, 25, of the 7400 block of Ridge Boulevard, Chicago, was arrested May 18 for fleeing and eluding police and driving without a drivers’ license at the intersection of Golf Road and Milwaukee Avenue, police said. A court date is set for June 2.
Speeding
Raphael Seay, 29, of the 1400 block of 16th Street, Maywood, was arrested May 19 for speeding 62 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7900 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for June 8.
Willard Evans, 25, of the 4400 block of Bobolink Terrace, Skokie, was arrested May 20 for speeding 62 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7900 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for July 7.
Aldina Smajlociv, 20, of the 9300 block of Clancy Drive, Des Plaines, was arrested May 20 for speeding 62 mph in a 35 mph zone on the 7900 block of Dempster Street, police said. A court date is set for July 7.
Other traffic violations
Kadir Bag, 21, of the 5000 block of Cullom Avenue, Chicago, was arrested May 18 for driving without a drivers’ license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. A court date is set for June 21.
Shelise Brown, 33, of the 1800 block of Simpson Avenue, Evanston, was arrested May 19 for driving without a drivers’ license on the 9400 block of Golf Road, police said. A court date is set for July 7.
Arias Miller, 26, of the the 8900 block of Wisner Street, Niles, was arrested May 19 for driving on a suspended drivers’ license at the intersection of Grace Avenue and Ballard Road, police said. A court date is set for July 7.
Enlil Samuel, 35, of the 500 block of River Road, Des Plaines, was arrested May 19 for operating a motorcycle without registration at the intersection of Dempster and Wisner Street, police said. A court date is set for July 3.
Yonatan Barrios, 27, of the 4700 block of Ashland Avenue, was arrested May 20 for driving without a U.S. drivers’ license at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Waukegan Road, police said.
Arroyo Zacarias, 70, of the 3000 block of Kilpatrick Avenue, Chicago, was arrested May 20 for driving without a drivers’ license on the 7600 block of Milwaukee Avenue, police said. A court date is set for June 29.
Nadiia Matsiievska, 26, of the 8100 block of Walsh Lane, River Grove, and Viktor Basha, 29, of the 1100 block of Talbots Lane, Elk Grove Village, were arrested on the 9000 block of Milwaukee Avenue for speeding 76 mph in a 35 mph zone and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. A court date is set for July 3.
Unlawful use of weapon
Luis Castro, 31, of the 2000 block of Kenneth Avenue, Chicago, was arrested May 22 for possession of a firearm and ammunition without a valid FOID card and drug possession on the 8500 block of Golf Road, police said.
Driving under the influence
Humberto Zamora, 22, of the 6400 block of Leavitt Street, Chicago, was arrested May 19 for driving under the influence of alcohol after being observed speeding and disregarding traffic signals at the intersection of Touhy Avenue and Niles Center Road, police said. A court date is set for July 7.
Itgelt Purevjargal, 32, of the 500 block of 33rd Street, Chicago, was arrested May 21 for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol after being observed violating traffic rules at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Oakton Street, police said. A court date is set for June 6.
Nancy Sanchez, 49, of the 2400 block of LeClaire Avenue, Chicago, was arrested May 21 for driving on a revoked driver’s license and under the influence of alcohol after being observed driving erratically at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Ottawa Street, police said.
Warrant
Paul Binkowski, 46, of the 1300 block of Plymouth Court, Arlington Heights, was arrested May 21 on the 8900 block of Milwaukee Avenue according to a warrant out of Addison, Ill., police said.
Public intoxication
Veldon Anderson, 63, of the 300 block of Elk Street, Des Plaines, was arrested May 21 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct at the Portillo’s on the 8800 block of Dempster Street, police said.
Identity theft
A complainant residing on the 8400 block of Oleander Avenue stated she had had more than $5,000 withdrawn from her bank account by an unknown subject who had her account number and part of her social security number May 19, police said. The complainant believes her information was obtained from a drive-up box at the Niles Post office, police said.
Fraud
A complainant stated May 19 that a check he had mailed to the IRS for $11,433 had been altered and cashed, police said.
Criminal trespass
A complainant stated May 21 that they found the passenger rear window to their vehicle shattered and the steering column damaged after being parked in the H Mart at Civic Center Plaza, police said.
