A 57-year-old Naperville man was killed Sunday morning in a single-car crash at Naper Boulevard and Bayhill Drive, Naperville police said.

The driver of a 2004 Nissan was headed northbound about 6:15 a.m. on Naper Boulevard when he went off the road and struck a tree, according to the police report. Both he and his passenger were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, and the passenger later died.

Neither the victim or the 62-year-old driver, also from Naperville, have been identified pending the investigation being conducted by the Naperville Police Traffic Unit.
