Mom and Dad may not be rock stars or professional athletes, but they still rank as heroines and heroes, at least to college students. A survey of 340 students by Frank Farley, a psychologist on the University of Wisconsin`s Madison campus, found that students listed their parents as ”heroes” ahead of anyone else. ”There wasn`t even a close second,” Farley said.
