Inland Steel Co. is scheduled on Friday to offer 3.3 million common shares at a price of $23.87 a share.
The size of the offering by the Chicago steelmaker was increased from the 3 million shares previously announced.
Underwriters for the offering are being led by Goldman, Sachs & Co.
