Graveside services for Benjamin J. Dissen, 89, a former owner and executive of Chicago Smoked Fish Co., were held Tuesday in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie. He died Monday in his home on the North Side. Chicago Smoked Fish Co. (Aleph-Aleph-Aleph Lox Co.) was owned by Mr. Dissen`s family for more than 70 years until 1965, when it was sold. Mr. Dissen was a 60-year, charter member of the Covenant Club of Illinois and a member of B`nai B`rith. He is survived by his wife, Ruthe; three daughters, Jackie Steiner, Lynn Lang and Debbie Fishbein; a sister; and 11 grandchildren.
