ServiceMaster Industries Inc., based in west suburban Downers Grove, said it completed the purchase of Terminix International. C. William Pollard, pres- ident and chief executive officer of ServiceMaster, also said shareholders representing 58 percent of the company`s shares have submitted proxies in favor of reorganizing ServiceMaster into a publicly traded limited
partnership.
