Here`s a mustard sauce to use for basting meats from the grill this summer.
DIJON DILL SAUCE
About 1/2 cup
Preparation time: 5 minutes
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill weed or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1. In a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and dill weed.
2. Brush sauce on one side of meat 1 minute before removing from broiler or grill. Pass remaining sauce.
