Cecelia Cichan, 4-year-old sole survivor of the nation`s second-worst air disaster, has arrived at her new Alabama home. The girl, who lived in Tempe, Ariz., before the Northwest jetliner crash that killed her parents, brother and all of the other 153 people aboard shortly after takeoff in Detroit Aug. 16, was released Friday from a Michigan hospital to the custody of Rita and Frank Lumpkin, her aunt and uncle. Lumpkin would say only that Cecelia was adjusting well after seven weeks in the hospital. Her new home is in a two-story apartment building near a lake and playgrounds.
