Abbie Ceil Hoffman of Wilmette was married on Nov. 15 to Dr. Mitchell Weisberg of Skokie at Skokie Central Traditional Congregation.
The bride is a master`s degree candidate in the dance therapy program at Columbia College and a 1985 graduate of University of Illinois. She is the daughter of Melvin and Shirley Hoffman, who own Michael`s Chicago-Style Red Hots in Highland Park.
The bridegroom, also a graduate of the University of Illinois, received his medical degree from Rush University Medical School and is currently a resident at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke`s Medical Center. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Harry Weisberg.
The orthodox ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Lawrence Montrose. Cantor was Seymour Zissook.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and California.
