A.H. Robins Co. accepted a revised proposal to be acquired by American Home Products Corp. Under the proposal American Home would acquire A.H. Robins in exchange for $700 million worth of stock, and would pay $2.475 billion to Dalkon Shield claimants and expenses in A.H. Robins` Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
