The Bendix Safety Restraints division of Allied Signal Inc. and the automotive products division of Chicago-based Morton Thiokol Inc. signed an agreement to form an auto restraint systems team. Terms weren`t disclosed. The companies said the team`s capabilities also will include supplying seat belts, air bags, sensors and diagnostics and testing to the automotive industry.
