USAir Group Inc. said its operating results for the fourth quarter were disappointing, and the company expects to report a loss for all of 1989, due to unusually bad weather disrupting operations, skyrocketing jet fuel prices, and lower-than-anticipated revenues as a result of industry fare-cutting.
