BOULVARD BANCORP INC. recorded a net loss of $600,000 for the fourth quarter just ended, compared with net income of $3.8 million, or 49 cents a share, in the year-earlier period. For the full year, Boulevard reported lower earnings, with net income of $8.7 million, or $1.20 a share, down 35 percent from $13.5 million, or $1.79 a share, in 1988.
