Two Evanston men were indicted Tuesday on charges of attempted murder stemming from a gang-related shooting in which a 4-year-old girl was injured, court officials said. Mansfield Wallace and Roderick Wright, both 18, appeared before Judge Marcia Orr in the Skokie branch of Cook County Circuit Court.
