A federal judge set a July 9 trial date Tuesday for South Side businessman Noah Robinson on racketeering and fraud charges relating to a string of Wendy`s restaurants he owned.
U.S. District Judge George Marovich set trial for Robinson, two of his brothers and three other employees who are charged with skimming $650,000 in restaurant receipts. Robinson also faces trial next fall from a separate indictment that charges Robinson and dozens of El Rukn gang members with drug dealing and assorted murders and attempted murders.
