Illinois` second Wednesday Lotto drawing will be for another rollover pot, just like last Wednesday`s, Lottery Director Sharon Sharp announced Sunday, but this one will have a guaranteed single-winner prize of $17 million.
Since Aug. 15, there have been two weekly Lotto drawings, on Wednesday and Saturday nights.
The Wednesday jackpot grew to $17 million when no player matched the six numbers drawn Saturday-6, 8, 16, 18, 34 and 49. That drawing produced 193 players who correctly matched five of the six numbers drawn to receive second prizes of $2,211 each. Third prizes of $77.50 will go to the 10,964 players who hit four of six.
