Bankers of Rupert Murdoch`s News Corp. media conglomerate have lined up a $600 million loan as part of a three-year rescheduling of the company`s $6.8 billion debt, Britain`s Midland Bank PLC said. Midland said it expects News Corp. to complete the debt rescheduling with 100 creditor banks by the end of January. The agreement is designed to provide short-term operating funds until News Corp. raises cash through planned asset sales of up to $2 billion.
