Moody`s Investors Service Inc. placed under review for possible downgrade the long-term debt ratings of Ford Motor Co., Ford Motor Credit Co. and their guaranteed subsidiaries. Moody`s said its review ”will focus on Ford`s ability to restore improved performance and debt-protection measurements in light of ongoing structural changes in the global automotive industry.”
