The Du Page Water Commission has approved a 9 percent pay raise for 1991 for James Holzwart, its general manager, moving his salary up to $94,121 from $86,350.
In January, the commission had granted Holzwart, chief administrative officer of the $389 million water distribution system, a 5 percent bonus, equal to $4,300, for keeping its construction ”97 percent on schedule.”
