Bloomingdale`s eyes Japan: Japan`s Tokyu Department Store Ltd. may link up with Bloomingdale`s Inc., a move that could give the U.S. retailer its first store in Japan by 1995. The deal also would make Bloomingdale`s the first U.S. department store chain to crack the lucrative but complicated Japanese retail market.
