The Chicago Board Options Exchange has decided to delist eight of its low-volume individual equity options in response to member firms` concern about the proliferation of equity options listings. The delisted classes include four stock options listed exclusively on the CBOE: American Greetings Corp., Bemis Co., BHC Communication Inc. and Imperial Oil Ltd.; and four stock options with multiple listings: Apple Computer Inc., Oshkosh B`Gosh Inc., Santa Fe Energy Resources Inc. and Sotheby`s Holdings Inc.
