According to a recent survey, 3 out of 4 participants in Grayslake Community Park District programs rated the programs good to excellent.
Nearly 4 out of 5 respondents said they would not enroll their children in a day-care program if the district were to start one. The survey did, however, indicate a keen interest in hobby and craft classes, fitness and aerobic lessons, and actitivies for teens and senior citizens.
The survey also showed that 65 percent of the respondents favored building a community swimming pool. Restrooms beat basketball courts and baseball fields as the most requested new park development.
