The Environmental Protection Agency said it entered a consent agreement with Stone Container Corp.`s containerboard and paper division in Panama City, Fla., concerning charges that corrosive hazardous wastes were disposed of improperly. Stone Container will pay a civil penalty valued at $244,800.
