United deal: Indiana, Indianapolis and United Airlines officials signed an agreement Thursday giving United more than $300 million in incentives to put its $1 billion maintenance facility in Indianapolis. The cost of the incentive package grew from the previously announced $294.6 million to an estimated $301.3 million.
