Two men accused of breaking into an ice cream store early Saturday were arrested on charges of burglary, Hanover Park police said. Marcus T. Harris, 19, of 5021 Valley Lane, Streamwood, and Corey R. Green, 20, of Beloit, Wis., are charged with burglarizing a Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Store, 1246 Lake St. Police said the burglary was interrupted when a patrol officer saw a car with its lights out and motor running parked in front of the business. A store window had been broken.
