Four people were arrested after allegedly smoking marijuana in two parked cars late Saturday, Streamwood police said. Brian P. McDougall, 20, of 677 High Ridge, Roselle; Jennifer L. Murphy, 18, of 259 Lehigh Lane, Bloomingdale;
Jennifer M. Tolkson, 18, of 265 Winston Ave., Bloomingdale; and Brian J. Wolf, 19, of 7 N. 667 Hawthorne Lane, Medinah, all were charged with possession of marijuana after their arrests in the 1200 block of East Irving Park Road, police said.
