Two men were charged with disordrly conduct Wednesday after reportedly throwing rocks at trains near Ardmore Avenue. Kevin M. Olson, 22, of 260 N. Wisconsin Ave., Villa Park, and Joseph S. Covelli, 19, of 4910 Stevenson Mill Rd., Russellville, Ky., were arrested after a short foot chase. Covelli also was charged with possession of marijuana, police said.
