A 50-year-old man was found fatally stabbed in the throat in his North Side apartment Tuesday, according to police.
The body of Karson Bereno was found Tuesday afternoon after police helped Fire Department officials break into his apartment in the 4300 block of North Sheridan Road, according to the first deputy superintendent`s office.
Belmont Area violent crime detectives were investigating the case.
