Brian Williams, 17, of 2148 Chestnut St., Des Plaines, was charged with possession of suspected marijuana with intent to deliver after police saw him allegedly sell 1.5 grams of the substance outside his home Wednesday, police said. The 16-year-old boy who reportedly bought the drug was expected to be named in a juvenile petition. Police said they found an additional quantity of marijuana stashed in William’s freezer and other locations in the residence.
