A Wheaton man was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday after allegedly filing a false police report for insurance purposes, police said. Police said Steven E. Liszkowski, 21, of 7 Danada Drive told an officer that a thrown object broke the windshield of his 1981 Pontiac as he drove past a church parking lot. Police said they determined the story was false.
