A 39-year-old Cicero woman was injured Sunday after she was attacked by a burglar at Elmhurst Hospital. The woman, a hospital employee, told police she saw the gift shop door open after business hours and went to investigate and surprised a man rifling through items in the shop. The man pushed the victim into an electrical box and fled, police said.
