Brian W. Tracy, 25, of 241 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Tuesday and charged with domestic battery and aggravated assault after he was accused of striking a family member in the leg and ankle with a pool cue and kicked them in the back of the head. Tracy was released after he posted a $200 cash bond.
