Joseph A. Mears, 30, of 755 W. Forest St., Marengo, was arrested at 7 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of West Lake Shore Drive, on a warrant held by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court, according to a police report. Mears posted $200 bond and was given a Feb. 11 court date.
