Matthew W. Zwolfer, 27, of 2147 N. Harlem Ave., Chicago, was arrested Sunday during a traffic stop at Illinois Highway 31 and Three Oaks Road and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving without a headlight. Zwolfer could not post bond and was transported to the McHenry County Jail.
