Police said they charged Nicholas Sanford, 19, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after executing a search warrant Thursday at his apartment at 2313 Lewis Ave. and finding 2.5 grams of cocaine wrapped in nine parcels.
