Ydolina F. Castaneda, 20, of 619 Enterprise St., Elgin, was arrested Saturday following a traffic stop on Miller Road near Randall Road and charged with attempted obstruction of justice, driving while license suspended, speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
